Description

Emulsion paint suitable for protection against mold and fungi in areas with high humidity and vapor condensation. It provides great hiding power, high spreading rate and excellent whiteness.

Emulsion paint suitable for the painting of interior surfaces in areas with high moisture and vapour condensation such as kitchens, bathrooms, ceilings and basements. Kitchen & Bath, due to its special formulation prevents effectively the growth of mould and fungi in the film of paint. It provides great hiding power, high spreading rate and superior whiteness. It has very good leveling properties and produces a smooth, flat surface. It can be applied to properly prepared surfaces of any material.

INSTRUCTIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces should be smooth, clean and dry, free from grease, dust, loose or flaking paint.
To fill any cracks or holes use Acrylic Putty or Visto.
Surfaces with mould, fungi and stains must be first cleaned with Kitchen & Bath Cleaner.
Surfaces previously covered with water paints or distempers (lime wash or ceiling white) should be primed with Acrylan Unco Eco or Durovit.
New surfaces made of plaster, concrete, cement, plasterboard, etc. should be first primed with 100% Acrylic Primer or Acrylan Unco Eco or Blanco Eco.
Surfaces stained from smoke, graffity, coffee or any other kind of stain should first be primed with Blanco Eco or Vitosin.

APPLICATION

Stir well before use. Apply two coats by roller, brush or airless spray gun diluted up to 10% with water. Do not apply at temperature below 5°C, above 35°C and / or relative humidity above 80%.

It is touch-dry after 30-60 minutes and can be recoated after 3-4 hours. Drying time depends on weather conditions (humidity and temperature).

Allow at least 3 weeks before cleaning and washing newly painted surfaces with Vitex Kitchen & Bath.

Wash gently with water using a soft sponge. In case of bad stains, use a mild colourless detergent or soapy water.

Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with water and if needed with soapy water or a detergent.
